Chew, open a second tab on IE7 for simplicity's sake and host the image on a site such as photobucket or imagedump (photobucket tends to work better:  imagedump sometimes leaves pretty red "x's" where your image should be).

Setting up an account is free and simple...the process is one of those "we walk your 90-year-old grandmother through this" kind of things.

With your account set up, upload the image.  First, you will want to have saved it onto your hard drive (click the link you provided, right click, select "save image as" and give it a name.  It will save to your "My pictures" folder, ideally).  To do this, click the big "Upload" button, select "browse," and locate the image on your hard drive (again, it should be in "My Pictures" with the name you gave it when you saved it).

Highlight the pic/file name and click "OK."

Tell Photobucket "OK/Upload" (whatever the hell the button says).  When the upload is complete, scroll down on the page...you should see your image.

Click the link (it will auto-copy) and come over here to your profile.  Paste that link into your signature.  Check one of your posts to make sure it took.  If it didn't take, you might have picked the wrong link - go back and take one of the other ones, because I forget which one it is that you have to use - there are three choices, and I *think* it's the middle one, but I'm not looking at Photobucket right this second.

Done...with thanks to Kaelea for straightening me out on this when mine didn't work right!  :P

If you're still having trouble, let me know and I'll drop it in my photobucket and you can pull it from there :)

I did not, actually.  I'm still trying to find what you asked for - you were fairly specific in your request, and I may end up creating one fresh in Photoshop or Corel :/  I'm pretty much a perfectionist, and if I can't find something that fairly exactly matches what you wanted (haven't yet, lol), I'll end up making it myself.  I'm like that.
